I believe education is a fundamental right that should be accessible to all. Through my services, I am dedicated to dismantling barriers and providing opportunities for adult learners to thrive in a more inclusive educational environment.

As a first-generation immigrant woman of color, I have an unwavering commitment to promoting equity in access to education for adult learners. My personal journey as the first in my family to earn a doctoral degree provided me with a unique perspective on the challenges faced by historically marginalized learners in their pursuit of higher education. With more than 20 years of experience in the educational field, I have devoted my career to assisting educational organizations in addressing those challenges and fostering a more inclusive educational landscape.

My areas of expertise encompass program evaluation, professional and regional accreditation, and diversity consulting. I have had the privilege of collaborating with diverse stakeholders, enabling them to leverage the power of data to gain a comprehensive understanding of their institutions and make informed decisions that prioritize the needs of their constituents and preserve their dignity while upholding high ethical standards.
